Vegan burger with mayonnaise without egg

Vegan m-eatfree burger with lots of herbs and delicious mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. mustard soup
  • 200 ml soy milk, organic
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 10 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 150 ml sunflower or olive oil
  • 2 packs of M-EAT FREE Burger
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 dry red onion, sliced

Instructions:

For the mayonnaise we use the following ingredients:
1 tsp. mustard soup
200 ml soy milk, organic
juice of 1/2 lemon
10 ml balsamic vinegar
150 ml sunflower or olive oil

Put all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer, gradually adding the oil.

Baking

"Bake" the burgers in a pan or griddle for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.

3.

Serving

Cut the buns in half, spread the bases with mayonnaise and put 1-2 lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, 1 burger and onion rings in half.
